Our Vision and Values
At Building Careers UK we are passionate about recruitment; our candidates, our clients and our consultants. We know that without a well-developed team, well-supported candidates and well-respected clients, we wouldn’t be here today.
Our goal is simple: to support you in building the future of your business. As recruitment specialists in the construction industry, our vision is to become a market leader across all sectors of the industry nationwide and beyond. Established in 2007, we already have 5 bases across the UK, and this is only the beginning.
We have chosen five core values; Expertise, Quality, Innovation, Team, and ‘Above and Beyond’ as the basis of our corporate culture. These values define how we want to conduct ourselves and our business, and help us to create value for our clients, our candidates and our team.
We live and breathe the construction industry. Our knowledge across all sectors means that we can provide up to date market trends and advice, but it also means we can stay one step ahead and support you in doing the same.
We aim to provide a high calibre professional service in all aspects for candidates and clients. From initial contact, we provide an effective and consistent service; from CVs and interviews to placements and aftercare.
At BCUK we want to do things differently. We actively encourage our staff to use their knowledge to think outside the box. To build your future we have to look forward. If we recruited the same old way as everyone else we wouldn’t be a market leader today.
Every consultant in our team must be self-motivating and have a strong work ethic. But at heart, BCUK is successful because we are a close knit team. We work as a team, we improve as a team and we celebrate our successes as a team.
Above and Beyond
We strive to create long term partnerships with our candidates and our clients in order to deliver the best possible service. We are dedicated to providing a bespoke package tailored to your needs, and our commitment extends far beyond pairing a candidate with a vacancy, whether training, advice or extra support is needed.
