It’s been a tough month for us all but we made it through January and into February! I hope everyone is feeling happier with the lighter mornings and evenings, it certainly makes a difference!
The last month at BCUK has been very buoyant. With our Construction business starting to explode alongside our increasing Social Housing business, we are in for some temp fee records to be broken in the next few periods!
In particular, this month our Liverpool office has had an excellent month. As a solid team they have achieved record breaking targets and three personal best records broken. Huge well done to Office Manager George Lucking, Senior Principal Consultant Graham Hacking, and Sarah Kennedy who joined us 6 months ago as a Trainee. Outstanding achievements by all three of you, and it will be great to celebrate with you all. Our Liverpool office is a fantastic place to work. The team are all motivated, driven and want to help each other to be No 1 in the region – this is why they are successful!
This month I have been focusing on attracting recruitment talent to our expanding business. We have an amazing office in Media City UK and are looking to attract experienced sales professionals to join our growing team. We have excellent opportunities for senior recruiters to advance their career. If you are looking for a new challenge, hot desk and fantastic package then please get in touch with me to discuss in confidence.
If you need more encouragement to get in touch, take a look at what one of our Senior Principal Consultants had to say about us since joining nearly six months ago from one of our competitors;
“The support network at BCUK is in a league of its own when it comes to helping you to do your job to the best of your ability - there is always someone to turn to when help is needed.
The directors are attached to the business top to bottom. I’ve been at places where, worryingly, the company directors don’t have a true handle on what is happening in their business and how hard people are working.
The office environment is equally as important as you feel part of a team that wants to strive to do its best. This makes coming to work fun but at the same time, you know you are here to work. There is a massive incentive to do well, and it’s great that the company recognises team and individual achievement regularly. This gives me something to aim for as well as my targets.”
We’re looking forward to continued growth into spring, and seeing some new faces in the business too! To catch up on what else we’ve been up to over the last quarter, head to www.buildingcareersuk.com/blog
