Job Description

Building Careers are looking on behalf of our client for a Full time Accounts Admin Officer to start ASAP.

The role is a 37.5 hour a week 9 -5 contract with the hours of 9am till 5pm to work. The candidate will be required to adhere to the clients procedures and systems for approx 8 weeks temporary holiday cover.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Be able to work as part of a small team of 4 but also on their own initiative

Ability to check invoice data against exports

Have an interest in accounts and maths

Data Input

Action invoices and credits

Process payments and ledger

Knowledge of Sage

Reconcile reports

File and deal with post

Use excel and word

Be educated to Maths and English A-C grade

Previous office experience
