Accounts Assistant/Buyer

St. Helens

Permanent



Our client a successful construction contractor are looking for an experienced Accounts assistant who has also some experience in buying.

Ideally the right candidate will have previous experience working in construction industry. Must be comfortable speaking with suppliers and clients, attention to details and ability to be highly organised is essential.

Duties

* Wages/Savings
* Weekly Plant spread sheet hire for QS's
* Sales table
* Bank reconciliation
* Supplier Payments
* VAT Return
* Cash Flow forecast
* Placing orders
* Obtaining quotes
* Data input
* Dealing with phone contracts and calendar management



Must be able to use Microsoft packages, Outlook, Excel and Word.



Monday - Friday



On-site parking



£25,000
