Job Description

A great job opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to become a major part of an established business based in Birkenhead.

Due to a restructure in the business there is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven Accounts Assistant.

Please see job duties below

- Invoicing customers

- Handling supplier invoices on a daily basis

- Ensuring all supplier invoices are filed accurately and timely

- Sub-contractor invoices and reconciling statements

- Reconciliation of supplier statements

- Process petty cash payments

- Processing customer payments

- Assisting with the timesheets

- Credit control

- Dealing with factoring

The ideal candidate will already be working in a similar position, be qualified or studying towards their AAT qualification and have a strong working knowledge of Sage.
