My client who are a successful Property company who have portfolios across the UK are looking for a highly motivated and career driven administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who wishes to progress within their career and gain knowledge of the construction/property industry.
The role

You will be based at the head offices based in Warrington where you will be working as part as a team but also individually. The role involves many administration duties which also requires you to be a first point of contact for the company therefore you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate well with all areas off the business and highly professional at all times. You must be able to adapt to working in all areas off the business.
Full administration duties such as emails, order processing, enquiries, filing, photocopying, inputting and scanning client information. You will also be responsible for the handover of documents and aftercare with the client therefore being confident and professional is essential at all times.

You must be comfortable using Excel, Word, Spreadsheets and invoices.

Salary, remuneration and other benefits:

On-site parking

Salary is negotiable depending on experience. £18,500-£20,000 Monday - Friday on a full time basis. Full driving license is desirable but not essential due to location.
