Administrator

Liverpool

My client a successful construction development who specialise in commercial build are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. The role involves dealing with invoices and PO numbers, cross referencing ensuring all details are correct.

Dealing with administration duties and keeping the filing system organised and updating seniors on any invoice disputes.

Taking any queries from sub-contractors and liaising with teams on updates

Skills required

* Highly Organised
* Full administration skills
* Experience dealing with invoices and PO numbers
* Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* A professional telephone manner.
* Be self-motivated and have a positive nature.
* Have experience in an office environment.

Hours a Monday - Friday (average of 39 a week)

This is a 9 month contract with the potential to be permanent for the right candidate

Hourly rate of £10.50
