We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the small, high functioning commercial team, and to be based out of the office in Liverpool. Your duties and responsibilities as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

* Support the business by ensuring reports (including CVRs) are on time and correct

Your skills and experience required:

You will be suitably qualified for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor Position (HND in construction or a similar, or superseding qualification including a degree in Quantity Surveying, for example). Experience in refurbishment or maintenance work, ideally in a social housing environment is highly desirable, but a background in specialist subcontractor environments or new build work will also be considered.

Salary, Remuneration & other benefits on offer:

An excellent overall package is on offer here, including a salary of up to £28,000 plus market-leading benefits.

You'll also be taking a step towards a long, prosperous career as a construction professional with a fast-growing social housing contractor in the North West.
