Job Description

A well -established Main contractor who deliver Residential and Commercial refurbishment projects throughout the North West are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager. The initial project will be the refurbishment of a retirement living village in Warrington which will involve Kitchen & Bathroom replacements, M& E upgrades and firestopping works.

Reporting into a Project Manager, the Assistant Site Manager role will include assisting with the management of both direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring health and safety is adhered to, liaising with the client and residents, assisting with ordering materials, preparation/assistance with the site progress reports.

Experience required:

* Previous supervisory experience on residential and commercial refurbishments
* Valid SMSTS certificate, First Aid, CSCS and Asbestos Awareness.
* Trade background is preferred
* Kitchen & bathroom replacement experience
* Some knowledge of firestopping works and fire door replacement
* Strong management and organisational skills.
* Ability to communicate across all levels.
