Job Description

Experienced Bid Manager required for a 3 month contract in Watford.

This is a short term contract working 3-5 days per week on an Highways Infrastructure project.

Required skills

* Degree education (preferably)
* Highly motivated
* Experience of working in a bidding/work winning environment previously
* An effective and experienced Project Manager able to work under pressure
* Excellent communicator
* Effective and experienced manager
* A high attention to detail
* Deadline driven
* Thrive in a busy environment
* Able to motivate a team
* Preferably with experience of Bid Management in the Infrastructure Sector
* Able to demonstrate effective bid writing and bid management/co-ordination skills
* Team player, able to work under pressure and to deadline.

Experience

* Working as part of a bid team for major bids
* Construction industry
* Public sector
