Our client is a market leader within the refurbishment and D&B fit out industry. Sectors include retail, commercial, and education fields up to £40m in value. The company is highly ambitious and have a recruitment drive within the Pre-Construction Team. Therefore, they a currently recruiting for a Bid Manager.



My principle responsibilities include:

* Coordinating the company's bid and tender response process from initial receipt to final submission and post-bid review. Preparing, editing & formatting high quality, bespoke pre- qualification and tender documentation in a consistent, accurate and creative fashion to strict deadlines.
* Developing innovative ways of improving the company's commercial proposals, taking into consideration key criteria including; brand consistency, relevancy of content, key client drivers & requirements and visual impact. Analysing the needs and expectations of each individual client/ project and tailoring a bespoke response which is a 'perfect fit' for their requirements.
* Managing and developing a comprehensive database of 'best response' data with company-wide accessibility for ease of reference for current and future opportunities. Responsible for effectively engaging the company's wider commercial and technical teams as required, to ensure that information is complete, current and accurate.
* Providing creative input into the development of the company's marketing collateral, including the co-ordination of project photography, copywriting and formatting case studies, company credential packs and promotional materials.
