Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their friendly team.

They are well established profitable Caravanning specialist.

They are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper and Accounts Manager to work out of their Burscough / Ormskirk office. Being part of a small team you will be integral to our business and trusted with responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Duties

* Answering telephone calls and trouble-shooting
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
* Manage and prioritise a multiple email accounts

Accounts Role

Strong experience in the following:

* Credit Control
* Purchase & Sales Ledger
* Balance Sheet reconciliations including Bank & similar control accounts
* Journals including Inter-company transactions
* VAT Returns
* Account problem solving & solution finding
* Payroll and pensions

Skills Required

* Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* CRM software e.g. Salesforce
* Navigate DMS based accounts software knowledge
