Job Description

Social Housing Organisation currently looking to add two Building Surveyors to their team in West London.

My client are a Local Authority who are looking to add two Maintenance Surveyors to their busy Housing team in West London for a 6 month period. The role will be working in the responsive repairs team and will involve;

* Delivery of responsive repairs
* Support and manage contractors
* Develop maintenance action plans
* Manage responsive repairs budgets
* Condition Reports
* Project Manage repair works

The role will be for a minimum of 6 months and there is the possibility of a permanent position upon the 6 months completion. The salary is negotiable based on previous housing experience, but it can be expected to be between around £20 - £30 P/H.

Previous experience working as a Building Surveyor / Maintenance Surveyor at a Housing Association / Local Authority is necessary. Professional Qualifications (RICS) are preferred but not required.
