Job Description

My client is an exceptional, multi-disciplinary contractor operating in social housing, retail, commercial and healthcare sectors providing maintenance, refurbishment and new build solutions across the Midlands and the North West.



The role: Senior Sales Executive (Business Development Manager):

This is a newly created position, designed to complement the existing national team but to work autonomously with the freedom to create new business relationships across the region.

* Identify and develop tender business opportunities for the Build Division with new and existing clients, working closely with architects, consultants and developers as well as end-users/client businesses
* Build and maintain lasting relationships with new and existing customers, who will include housing associations, NHS trusts, major retailers and construction contractors
* Developing repeat business to maximise growth
* Travel around the Midlands and North West region to meet with prospective clients, as well as conduct comprehensive after sales service



Skills and Experience Required:

Experience in a sales or business development role will be essential; you'll come with a demonstrable record of developing new business, ideally from a building or contracting environment. Comfortable working with people, keeping customer satisfaction high and going the extra mile to uncover, develop and maximise opportunities will be at the top of your skill set.
