My Client, a leading Civil Engineering and Groundworks contractor are seeking a Commercial Manager to be the head of multiple projects. The business boasts a high quality of service that has allowed the business to gain long term clients.

As Commercial Manager, you will be a pivotal point of contact and managing for the Commercial team as well as overseeing projects from conception to construction stages.

Duties:

* Prepare cost budgets and cost estimates for new contracts
* Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
* Oversee conception to construction stages
* Manage and oversee operations of multiple large teams

Skills:

* Groundwork background or experience
* Ability to win new contracts
* Leadership skills
* Strong ability to build relationships
