My client a successful electrical contractor who has schemes across the North West and further afield are looking for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join their team.

The purpose of this role is to support the compliance team with updates and ensuring the accurate information is entered.

You will be dealing with tenants and making appropriate appointment times for the customer and the engineers, this will also involve the distribution of correspondence to the customer and liaising with the client on forth coming work to be dealt with.

You must have experience wide range of administration, this includes data input such as excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft packages.

The successful candidate will have a social housing background or compliance administration experience and have the ability to be highly organised due to the range of duties involved.

Skills required

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
* Highly organised
* Ability to work as a team but also individually
* Be able to hit targets
* Must be able to multi task and work well under pressure

This is a permanent position working Monday - Friday 08.00-16.30

Salary is negotiable depending on experience
