Construction site manager - Stockport

Temporary

A successful housing group is looking for an experienced new build site manager to ensure the build is ready for handover and completion.

This role involves the right candidate to have recent new build experience and will be completing 10 units.

The right candidate will have a proven track record of successfully working on similar schemes and liaising with clients as well as a good general construction background

Your skills knowledge and experience required include

An experienced capable and confidant personnel with experience in new build. You will also require skills of the following:

* Strong communication skills
* Ability to motivate support staff including other managers
* Meeting deadlines and budgets where appropriate
* Enthusiastic and attentive
* Attending meetings
* Ability to liaise with internal and external personnel including clients
* Familiar with using drawings

Qualifications and training required

* Valid SMSTS
* CSCS Card (manager)
* Valid First Aid at Work certificate

This is a temporary position for around 6 weeks and will pay between £20-21 an hour. There is plenty of opportunity to move through this exciting company.
