Job Description

Contact Centre Manager is currently required for a Main Contractor that operates nationally throughout the UK. The position is for a Permanent role to work with a highly rated and developing Social Housing Contractor.

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000

Performance Based BonusesThis role is for a well established Main Contractor who are looking for experienced and knowledgeable candidates to join their exciting, fast-paced and driven culture.

The successful Contact Centre Manager will be joining a medium sized business operating at a £12million turnover, who has also secured a number of refurbishment schemes operating over the next 5 years. They are wishing to grow the business within the next year to £20million.

The successful candidate within this role will use their extensive knowledge within the social housing sector to manage elements of Contact Centre set-up, KPI Management, Team Management and Excellent knowledge of social housing repiars.
