Job Description

Contracts Manager is currently required for a Main Contractor that operates mainly within the North West areas, but also has excellent contracts in the Midlands areas. The position is for a Permanent role to work with a highly rated and long established Social Housing company that is developing and strengthening its already established and well run team.

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000

The successful Contracts Manager will be joining a medium sized business operating at a £4million turnover, who has also secured a number of projects acummulating over the next 3 years which will double the turnover.

This company operates as a tight-knit and supportive team, who are able to offer excellent career progression opportunities above Contracts Manager level within the near future for ambitious individuals.

The successful candidate within this role will use their extensive knowledge within the social housing sector to manage elements of Health and Safety, CDM regulations, planning and programming, site setup and welfare. There is also the opporutunity to start working within the New Build Affordable Housing sector.
