Job Description

A North West based Main Contractor are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to manage multiple fit out, refurbishment and new build projects up to £2m in the Liverpool and Manchester areas. This is a key appointment to the organisation and they are looking for a driven, dynamic individual who is looking to progress their career with a rapidly growing company.

Contracts Manager role:

* Effectively managing project teams on several projects from £200k to £2m
* Producing project plans and setting programme targets
* Develop effective working relationships with client
* Working with the commercial team to ensure project financial targets are met
* Responsible for health, safety and environmental standards being implemented and maintained

To be considered for the above role as Contracts Manager, applicants must have the following:

* Proven Contracts Management experience on fit out, refurbishment projects and new build projects up to £2m
* Strong people management skills
* Strong commercial acumen
* Ability to plan and programme construction projects
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* IT literate
