Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Administrator

Location: Lancashire

A well-established small-medium sized housing developer are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator.

My client has provided quality homes across Lancashire for over 20 years and have a turnover in excess of £40m.

Successful candidates will have experience within the new build housing sector (private or social housing). You will be confident, organised and able to deal with customer complaints effectively. You will be the first point of contact for all customer queries.

Salaries and package benefits will vary depending on the level of experience.

My client will be holding interviews for this role week commencing 21/11/2016
