Job Description

My client is north west based contractor who specialises in delivering Social Housing Projects; kitchens and bathrooms refurb, external decorations, roofing, heating, rewiring etc. They have secured some major projects starting in the new year which has opened exciting opportunity for Resident Liaison Officers.

The project is due to start in February next year, however, they are keen to get this individual In place to carry out pre works resident liaison with the residents to ensure you are acting as first point of contact for residents, Liaising with surveyors, clients, clerk of works to ensure works are carried out to specification and ensure all residents are kept informed of the progress and inform them of changes via letters and visits. 

Your duties will include helping to plan and deliver literature given to tenants, while being responsible for managing and resolving difficulties and complaints regarding the works by liaising with all parties involved. You will also ensure disruption to tenants is kept to a minimum and that they are satisfied with the works carried out. 

You will need experience of dealing with the public / customer service issues. You will need to be able to work under pressure and have a good knowledge of IT including Word and Excel. This is an exceptionally important role for the client and will be under a lot of scrutiny from the client.
