Job Description

My client is a social housing provider in the North Liverpool area. Due to an expansion in workload, they are looking for a temporary customer care officer to work in a busy contact centre. This role will involve taking calls from customers and members of the public in relation to social housing enquiries. These enquiries will include rent and housing enquiries as well as taking calls relating to repairs, maintenance and general enquiries from the public.

It will be essential to have worked within a housing customer care team previously, with a high level of outstanding customer care and team work experience.

This is an ongoing temporary role.
