Job Description

I'm exclusively working in partnership with a house builder based in Warrington that has a requirement for a Design Co-ordinator.

Responsibilities will include:

* Management and coordination of external consultant in relation to preparation of planning applications. Ensuring dates in the design programme are achieved.
* Production of feasibility sketch layouts
* Production of planning and working drawings which are outside the standard portfolio.
* Submission of Planning and building regulations and resolution of any ongoing conditions to achieve full approvals and sign off of plots.
* Overseeing an internal junior technician
* Organisation of SAPs, EPCs, air tests, water calcs etc.
* Attending build team meetings and resolving any technical queries that arise from the meeting and ongoing issues.
* Coordinating subcontractor and suppliers drawings ensuring satisfactory approvals are given
* Attending meetings with consultant and planners.
* Dealing with all day to day site issues and customer care problems.
* Production of planning and working drawings.
* Ensuring that working drawings and suppliers information issued to construction, commercial and sales team in an efficient manner.
* Preparing legal plans for the developments and sales.
