Job Description

My client is a property company who has an opening within their Facilities Management business for a temporary Dis-Repair Officer.

This role will involve managing and coordinating all Section 11 cases, supporting services to all areas to resolve cases by investigating causes, providing professional advice, allocating tasks, chasing resolutions and quality assuring the responses as necessary.

Main duties will include:

- developing quality assurance mechanisms

- Identifying improvements to the disrepair process

- Day to day management of the disrepair process- including resident liaison, appointment scheduling and case management

- Producing management reports/processing legal and statutory documentation

- Maintaining database- ensuring documentation stored correctly

It will be essential to have managed section 11 disrepair cases previously, housing management experience, experience of working within a team of surveyors/property managers, assets team.

This is a temporary contract.
