Job Description

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the Fire and Lifts Technical Officer will be essential in ensuring full compliance throughout the fire and lift contracts through effective management and communications.



Purpose of the role

* Assist the Compliance Manager Co-ordinate Fire Safety and Lift maintenance.
* Assist the Fire Safety Manager with projects across the whole of the portfolio of properties
* Co-ordinate programmes and contractors across all contracts.



Key Responsibilities

* Ensure all certification and reports produced by staff or contractors are verified, reported and actioned in a timely manner.
* Assist with the management and operational delivery of all fire and lift related contracts and contractors.
* Undertake post inspection of works.
* You will have a good understanding of the Fire Risk Assessment process, schedule and related management systems. As and when required you will carry out audits on site inspections and produce reports.
