Job Description

Our client is a specialist interior fit out and refurbishment company operating within the UK. They turnover £30m per annum with the majority secured through repeat business. The majority of their work is within the North West with a head office in Manchester and they currently have a position for a Site Manager in Croyden.

With a proactive approach to project management and problem solving, their success can be attributed to a continued commitment to effectively manage projects to an on time delivery, within budget and continually communicating progress to their clients.

This approach has lead to the development of long-standing relationship with key clients to whom they offer a full range of rip out, fit-out and refurbishment within the commercial sector.

Our client is looking for a motivated Site Manager to proactively manage an office fit out in Croyden. Successful candidates will be locally based with experience of Office Fit-Out works valued up to 5m



You will be asked to have a proactive role in management of onsite safety, project progress deadlines, budgets and sub contractors. You must have good communicational skills and be able to develop first-class client relationships. In addition, successful candidates will have:

* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS
* Available references

Roles and responsibilities will include…

* Attending site progress meetings
* Liaising with clients and their representative
* Ensure all works are signed off by the client
* Ensure effective Health & Safety
* Produce method statements and risk assessment
* Produce QA reports on final completion alongside Health and Safety File.
