Job Description

Our client is a specialist interior fit out/FFE and refurbishment company operating within the UK. They turnover 20 million per annum with the majority secured through repeat business.

With a proactive approach to site management and problem solving, my client is looking for a Freelance Site Manager to manage a project in Liverpool to effectively manage the projects to an on time delivery, within budget and continually communicating progress to their clients.

This approach has led to the development of long-standing relationships with key clients to whom they offer a full range of rip out, fit-out and refurbishment within the commercial sector.

Our client is looking for motivated Site Managers to join their teams, to proactively manage refurbishment and FFE/Fit-Out project. Successful candidates will be local to Liverpool with experience in Refurbishment works valued circa £1,000,000.

You will be asked to have a proactive role in management of on-site safety, project progress deadlines, budgets and subcontractors. You must have good communication skills and be able to develop first-class client relationships. In addition, successful candidates will have:

* SMSTS
* First Aid
* CSCS
* Fire Marshall
* Scaffold Management
* Asbestos Management 2 day
* Available references

Roles and responsibilities will include

* Attending site progress meetings
* Liaising with clients and their representative
* Ensure all works are signed off by the client
* Ensure effective Health & Safety
* Produce method statements and risk assessment
* On time, in budget, snag free delivery
* Produce QA reports on final completion alongside Health and Safety File.
