Job Description

Nationwide Housing and Development Consultancy currently looking to recruit a Graduate Project Manager to their growing team.

My client are a Multi-Disciplined Consultancy who specialise in Housing and Development. They offer a wide range of services to the Private and Social Housing sector. The organisation are an extremely tight-knit team, having grown from the ground up, they support each other and ensure that the workload is spread evenly ensuring that each employee works to their strengths. Being a multi-disciplined consultancy, they offer an array of different services for clients, ensuring that you will always have a diverse workload and will never be stuck doing the same mundane tasks day in, day out. Some of the disciplines that they provide are; Development and Project Management, Extra Care Services, External Training, Developer Services and Interim Support.

They are looking to recruit a Graduate in to their team. They have a proven track record of developing graduates into integral members of their team, their last graduate has been trained in all areas of their business and is currently project managing a high-value project for a key client of theirs. They are extremely proud of the transition that their previous Graduates have made. They have come from no experience to being knowledgeable, well-rounded Housing and Development experts, and fantastic Project Managers.

Now it is time for them to find their latest success story. They are looking for a Graduate who is interested in property and development management and is looking for the opportunity to be given the correct training to succeed. Someone with marketing experience is also required, the organisation are looking for someone with fresh ideas on the marketing and business development of the organisation, so someone interested in property with a marketing degree will be taken into consideration.

A degree of at least 2:1 level will be required, however this does not have to be a specific Project Management or Property related degree.

The role will be based in their Warrington office, dealing with their clients across the North West. The salary is negotiable depending on experience but is expected to be £16,000.
