Job Description

A Local Housing Association in Liverpool is looking for a Social Housing Contact Services Officer for a short term contract.

This would be an ongoing weekly contract for a minimum of between 6 to 8 weeks and as the Contact Services Officer, you would be working with a small close knit team taking calls from tenants across the Social Housing Sector.

As the Contact Services Officer, you would have a varied day, taking calls ranging from rent payments, logging repairs and handling complaints, ideally the client is looking for someone with an outgoing personality, able to keep up with a volume of calls and if you have previous experience working in the Social Housing sector, specifically handling repair reporting experience, that would look very favourably to the client.
