My client is a leading North West Social Housing business who prides itself on working in partnership with customers and partners to build sustainable communities.

An opportunity has arisen for a Neighbourhood Services Manager, working within their housing management team to deliver a high standard of customer care as well as overseeing the management of the day to day neighbourhood housing service.

In this role you will take the operational lead in ensuring effective delivery of the neighbourhood services, providing leadership to the neighbourhood teams. Key responsibilities to monitor and prioritise are to ensure the neighbourhood team is customer focussed, consistently achieving KPI's and financial targets as well as successfully delivering on operational performance targets.

Your duties and responsibilities as a Neighbourhood Services Manager:

* Operational responsibility for effectively managing the day to day neighbourhood housing service.





* Reviewing best practice- HCA requirements, service reviews and development.





* Continually reviewing and evaluating resources to ensure service delivery is being met and continually being developed.





* Developing, implementing and reviewing strategic plans.





* Staff management- ensuring the delivery of services.





* Developing and maintaining partnerships, both internally and externally- maximising the impact of joint working- promoting inter-agency working throughout the team.





* Supporting and attending local area panels and other customer led meetings as required.





* Consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets relating to neighbourhood services.







Your skills and experience required:

You will be from a housing management background with experience of managing a large neighbourhood team or be an ambitious housing management professional who is looking to build on your experience and take the next level of responsibility. It will be essential to have experience of delivering successful change management programmes with experience of managing budgets, business planning and performance reporting.

Salary, Remuneration & other benefits on offer:

Our client is willing to offer a salary and package totalling up to £40k including essential car user allowance and significant fringe benefits.
