Building Careers are currently working with a North West based Housing Provider as they look to appoint a new HR Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager to take a lead role in delivering HR services across the organisation. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR including: recruitment and selection, organisational workforce development, reward and recognition, employee relations and employee wellbeing.

We are seeking a highly enthusiastic individual to lead the HR team and support the organisation through a period of change.

The successful applicant will be a highly experienced HR professional who will have the desired approach and ability to guide the organisation on all people related matters.

For this position it is essential that you are fully CIPD qualified with extensive experience of working within a generalist HR role. You will have up to date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice. You must be influential, have management experience and well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
