Job Description

Large Facilities Management Company in the Lake District area are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Operative for a position in the Windermere area.



Our client is a large facilities management company based in Windermere. On their behalf we are recruiting for a highly competent Maintenance Operative. This job is based on a temporary contract working for Building Careers UK.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* All aspects of general property maintenance





* Reporting directly to maintenance manager





* Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times





SOME WEEKEND WORK MAY BE REQUIRED, HOWEVER IT WILL BE PAID AT AN ADDITIONAL COST ON TOP OF SALARY

Customer services skills are a must

It is preferred that the candidate has more than 3 years of experience.

Candidates applying for the role as a must have previous experience and the relevant qualifications.

Candidates must be able to provide two verbal references to be considered for the Maintenance Operative job in Windermere.

This job is on a PAYE basis.

Rates are negotiable depending on experience.
