Job Description

The client

Our client are looking for an M&E Project manager with an electrical bias to manage a portfolio of installation and maintenance projects across the North West. Jobs range in value between £350k - £850k, and will cover office blocks, healthcare properties and schools.

M&E Project Manager - the role:

Based in the office near Warrington, you will be responsible for multi-site operations, including duties such as:

* Procurement and programming
* Sub-contractor control
* design team/construction meetings
* Health & Safety compliance
* Client interfacingWe are looking for someone who is a minimum of HNC/D qualified and can demonstrate technical knowledge of management of M&E teams, ideally in refurbishment or environments.
* An electrical bias to your technical background will be advantageous but not essential - most important is your demonstrable record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard through effective management of your teams.

Salary is between £40,000 and £45,000 depending on experience
