Operations Manager is currently required for a Main Contractor that operates mainly within the North West areas, but also has excellent contracts in the midlands areas. The position is for a Permanent role to work with a highly rated and long established Social Housing company that is currently looking to grow within the market.

Salary: £40,000 - 50,000

The successful Operations Manager will be joining a medium sized business operating at a £4million turnover, who has also secured a number of projects accumulating over the next 3 years which will double the turnover. This means the new roles that are currently being recruited for are integral to how the organisation will operate going forward.

This company operates as a tight-knit and supportive team, who are able to offer excellent career progression opportunities above Operations Manager level within the near future for ambitious individuals.

The successful candidate within this role will use their extensive knowledge within the social housing sector to manage elements of Health and Safety, CDM regulations, planning and programming, site setup and welfare. An excellent knowledge of planned maintenance within social housing is a must.
