Our client is a longstanding Construction Contractor with a number of offices throughout the UK and a multi-million pound turnover. On their behalf we are recruiting for a highly competent Personal Assistant based in Liverpool.

Our client is a Construction Contractor based in Liverpool. On their behalf we are recruiting for a highly competent Personal Assistant to work alongside the Procurement Director. This job is based on a temporary contract working for Building Careers UK.

You will be expected to carry out the following duties:-

* Data Entry and general administrative duties
* Organising invoices/Liaising with clients and staff
* Heavy use of Microsoft Office
* Any other relevant taks

Candidates applying for the role as an office administrator must be: Organised, Proficient in Microsoft Office
and have experience of being a personal assistant within the construction industry, specifically procurement. Candidates must be able to provide two verbal references to be considered for this job in Liverpool. The salary is negotiable and depend upon experience and is a full time position.
