Job Description

I am currently recruiting to a Planned Works Contracts Manager role, based in Merseyside.

This is a permanent opportunity for a results driven Contracts Manager who has a proven track record in delivery of multiple planned work streams including kitchens, bathrooms and external works across the North West.

This role will involve effectively leading and managing a number of planned works supervisors ensuring a commercial and customer focussed approach to deliver a high quality service. You will generate competitive margins for the business, ensuring delivery and financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities include:

- management of site supervisors
- monitor, manage and report on team activity across all service areas
- manage budgets in excess of £7m
- assist in becoming a contractor of choice
- continuously monitor and review changes to operational and management structures.


We are looking for someone with:

- a track record in building, leading and motivating inspiring multi-disciplinary teams
- experience of managing contracts in excess of £7m
- senior manager experience with technical expertise in delivering domestic services
- knowledge of all aspects of building construction and maintenance industries including contractual matters and legislation
- proven ability to deliver value for money.
