Job Description

Our client is a UK wide established interiors contractor based in Rotherham. Working in sectors such as retail, leisure, commercial and health care. This company prides themselves on their quality in design, build and delivery of every project including in-house design, value engineering, bespoke and large roll-out solutions and nationwide delivery & installation.

Our client currently has a requirement for an immediate, well established Lead/Senior Project Manager to work on a permanent basis in South Yorkshire. The successful candidate will form part of the project delivery team in their Education division with the following roles and responsibilities:

* Proactively manage project and project teams
* Deliver on time, to specification, agreed budgets and ensuring contractual conditions and payment terms are met.
* Co-ordinate the clarification of customer requirements within the agreed cost plan.
* Assessments, Health & Safety Construction Phase Plan, Health & Safety File, Site Waste Management Plan and all other essential documentation is produced
* Attend client meetings and site meetings
* Monitor and report project progress including quality, specification and Health & Safety compliance.
* Attend site and undertake site supervisory responsibilities when necessary.
* Support bidding activity when necessary.
* Comply with all Company policies and relevant procedures.

Successful applicants will be computer literate and have progressed from a joinery background, and preferably have CSCS, SMSTS and be educated to degree level.
