A project manager job paying up to £60k. Based in Manchester. Specialising in fast track projects for commercial office occupiers.

This rapidly expanding privately owned, established and respected contractor focuses predominately on commercial property. This award winning company works with well-known clients and are industry leaders within their specialism.

The company are looking for experienced people to join the expanding project manager team and help grow that area of the business. Given a vast increase in number of and value of projects throughout the UK they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage projects of anything from £10k to £6m in value. 

You will be working with clients, acting as their Project Manager for their office relocation and interior fit outs. You will be carrying out meetings with the clients, building and maintaining relationships, supervising projects to ensure milestones are hit. This is a cradle to grave role with Project Managers being responsible from assisting at design stage, overseeing the projects on site, through to handover and overseeing on financial closeout of accounts. 

You will possess extensive experience in a similar advisory role. Knowledge of procurement, RIBA work stages and managing budgets and KPIs is essential. You will either be from a project management or quantity surveying. RICS status and use of CAD are desirable however not essential. 

You'll receive a salary of circa £50-65k with a leading commission/bonus structure and associated benefits package. Package negotiable depending on experience.
