Job Description

Our client is a national construction group predominately delivering fit-out, refurbishments and maintenance contracts across various sectors including commercial, retail and leisure. They strive to provide excellent customer service whilst offering value for money which is evident due to the fact the vast majority of contracts are undertaken via framework or repeat business basis. Whilst the group are undergoing a period of substantial growth they still maintain the family feel throughout the company. They are seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager who'll initially take responsibility for a £5m commercial refurbishment.

Whilst reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager you will manage the project from pre contract and procurement through to construction, commissioning and client handover.

You will be required to lead, motivate and co-ordinate the site team, programming and liaising with external representatives whilst working closely with the commercial team ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.

Experience delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects within a Project Management capacity is essential whilst commercial interiors experience is an advantage but not essential.
