Procurement Administrator

Warrington

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced procurement administrator based at their head offices in Warrington.

You will be a part of the engineering team where you will be welcomed to a vibrant and friendly office, The ideal candidate will have worked in procurement and bring a proactive and supportive service to the team.

Responsibilities

* Raising and amending purchase order numbers
* Dealing with enquiries and issues
* Providing administrative support
* Assist with delivery of Procurement projects into the department
* Updating and maintaining information
* Working knowledge of Procurement systems
* Experience with Excel, Word, Microsoft office (V-lookups & pivot tables are a minimum requirement)
* Excellent attention to detail & Analytical skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities

Skills

* Experience within a supply chain/procurement
* Working with different supply chain/procurement systems and processes.
* Working knowledge of Excel.
* Excellent communication skills written and verbally

Salary, Remuneration & other benefits on offer

Salary £23,000
Full time hours 37.5 per week
