Purchase Administrator



We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Purchase Administrator/Hire Controller based in Bromborough. The purpose of this role is to support the procurement team dealing with the hire system and being able to raise purchase order numbers.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hire control and managing hire orders with suppliers. You will also be involved in administration tasks and supporting senior members of staff.

Must be highly organised and have the ability to work alone but also within a team, it is also essential you are comfortable using Microsoft packages, have some knowledge of accounting and raising purchase order numbers.

* Accurate data input into accounting software
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Purchase orders
* Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
* Support senior members of staff
* Sending enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors

This is a permanent position based at their head offices in Bromborough.

Monday - Friday 08.30-16.30

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
