Job Description

Building Careers UK is the largest privately-owned specialist recruiter in the North West. Following a record-breaking year we are looking for our next generation of top billing recruiters.

Building Careers UK is seeking resourcing staff to join their thriving construction team, based from out of our beautiful Manchester offices - located in the heart of Media City.

The role of Resourcer is an essential business support role that generally assists recruitment consultants in volume supply of candidates. This is a fast paced role, where no two days are the same. You must be efficient and resilient with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Your role will include, but not be limited to;

Candidate Services

* Searching for new candidates via the job boards
* Speaking to and meeting candidates on a daily basis selling in job opportunities
* Advertise jobs on all resources available including job boards and social media
* Marketing out to candidates using Social Media / Email / Mailers
* Lead generation, referrals and references from each candidate
* Consistent high standard of compliance
* Updating candidates CVs and profiles on a regular basis
* Using the database to add /search candidates
* Record all activity including calls, visits, interviews
* Maintain candidate relationships with workforce through aftercare

Other duties may include:

* Attending promotional events, career fairs, exhibitions, candidate networking events
* Format CVs when required
* Answering the phones and recording messages accurately
* Meeting and greeting candidates that come to office
* Handovers when relevant consultants are absent

You will require:

* Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face to face
* Time management and organisational skills
* Pro-active drive and self-motivation
* A flair for developing strong relationships with candidates and clients
* Attention to detail
