Team Leader Opportunity in Manchester to Head up the Property Division

Successful, innovative recruitment business Building Careers UK is seeking an ambitious senior recruiter or team leader to join their thriving team in Manchester, with experience in the property, development, architecture or consultancy sector.

Building Careers UK is the largest privately-owned specialist recruiter in the North West. Following a record-breaking year we are looking for a driven recruitment professional to work out of our beautiful Manchester offices – located in the heart of Media City.

This is an exciting new role within the organisation due to the increased business and development within the above industries. We are seeking to recruit a Billing Manager who will be involved in the setup of the Property Division. Our vision is to develop a team of up to 5 consultants which you will be responsible for, managing temporary and permanent positions within Real Estate, Architecture, Property, Civil & Structural Design and Building Services.

Working within a close knit management team that is able to offer you the flexibility, resources and support to ensure success, this opportunity is one of the best available for an experienced recruiter looking to further their career as part of a thriving and developing Manchester team.

The Person

As mentioned above this is a ‘hands on’ role so experience in the full recruitment process as outlined above is essential. To join us YOU MUST have;
