Job Description

My client is currently looking for a temporary repairs administrator to start immediately for a social housing company in the Merseyside area. This is an excellent position with a Time Top 100 companies in the UK, they are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual who achieves high productivity and is focused on doing an excellent job.

The repairs administrator role requires a motivated individual who has worked within a social housing environment previously. You will be a pivotal role in supporting the Repairs Managers by dealing with general administration tasks, preparing new works notices for tenants, general tenant queries and supporting trades staff with time sheets and admin. The role is within a fast paced office environment and requires excellent customer service at all times.

You must be able to start in the role immediately preferably on Monday 10th April. You must also be able be able to provide two references from within a social housing environment.
