Job Description

Here at Building Careers UK we are currently recruiting roles for a large North West based company who specialise in Social Housing Refurbishment and New Build. This is an exciting company to work for as one of the biggest main contractors in the North West, offering excellent benefits and package.

We are currently looking for a Repairs Coordinator, to work within the responsive maintenance team. Your duties will include liaising with the day to day responsive repairs team and ensuring repairs are logged and reported in line with the SLA and KPI's.

Previous experience within a similar position is essential for this role, as it is based in a busy and fast paced office. Your IT skills should also be of a high calibre. You will need to provide at least two references from a previous employer based upon your experience.
