Senior Quantity Surveyor - Housing

Job Description

Our client is a regional housing developer delivering high-quality, high spec houses as well as luxury developments and the associated affordable housing that comes with any larger development.

As an experienced Quantity Surveyor:

* You will have experience within the residential sector
* IT Literate

You will be looking after a number of new sites and your duties will consist of:

* Final accounts
* Sub-contractors tendering
* Sub -contractor's payments
* Cost plans

* Valuations

* Variations

* Cost reporting

* General QS duties including procurement, CVR's, subcontract payment, valuations, variations, final account.
* Reporting to the commercial manager
