Job Description

We have an exciting and immediate opportunity for an experienced permanent Site Manager.

Our client are a leading privately owned multi-disciplinary construction contractor working throughout a number of sectors. At present they are experienced a vast increase in work won within the multi-storey residential, mixed-use accommodation and hotel & leisure sectors.

They operate throughout the UK with operations headed up in the North West. The North West and Midlands are their typical locations for projects but they often have schemes throughout the UK. Given this, they require candidates who are happy to work nationwide.

Within the small-works division they currently have a requirement to add an experienced Site Manager to join their team working on refurbishment and restoration projects with key clients, across nationwide locations.

You must be a multi-discipline experienced manager with strong expertise and a track record of delivering internal packages with support of the wider project team. You will report to the divisional Project Manager.

You must be fully qualified and tickets with CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid being all minimum requirements.

This permanent role brings an attractive salary of circa £35000-£42000 + car or allowance, pension, healthcare and working away subsistence.
