Job Description

My client is a main contractor who is working on new build social housing projects across the Merseyside and North Wales area.

We are looking for a Site Manager who has effectively managed residential new build sites previously. Key responsibilities will include directing the necessary labour, plant, staff and equipment to achieve both plot and project completion on time, to specification and within budget.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Applicants must have significant experience of working within the residential house-building sector as well as in the management of H & S, and the design and procurement processes.
* Applicants must have experience of managing all aspects of the build process; the applicant will be required to coordinate the packages from the design and procurement phase through to installation on site and handover.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong, adaptable management approach with real focus on customer care and delivery. You must have an up to date CSCS card (black management card), along with current SMSTS and a First Aid qualification.
