Job Description

Working with a long-standing contractor we currently have a requirement for a Site Manager to join a busy and growing contractor.
My client are an award winning, established contractor known for their consistent delivery over many decades and specialising in new build, fit out and refurbishment projects, often with repeat business clients. They operate predominantly throughout Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire and occasionally Greater Manchester.

Looking ahead to the new year, they have a key project which requires a Site Manager to join the team, working in conjunction with the site based Project Manager and visiting Contracts Manager. The project in question is the conversion of a listed building, in Liverpool, to student accommodation.

As an experienced Site Manager you will carry a minimum 5 years experience on similar scheme, preferably be from a joinery background and carry all the necessary tickets and qualifications including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
Previous listed building refurbishment experience is also necessary.

The role attracts a salary plus car allowance and with most future works being Merseyside based, this would suit a locally based candidate.
